In 2022, women currently hold only 26.7% of tech-related jobs & it has decreased by 2.1% from 2020 and 2021.
Few major contributing factors for such low numbers are:
– Employment, Hiring & Promotion bias
– Work Flexibility
– Training and skills development
– Pay Gaps
We at Pink Tech Solution are planning to change the numbers as much as possible in the coming days by providing a safe workplace for all genders, upskilling the women, and providing flexible workspace for personal and professional balance. We already have 80% women employees & aim at keeping the percentage the same or more.
